This is an information notice that is provided, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (G.D.P.R) and further applicable regulations, to those who interact (“Users” or “data subjects”) with this platform. The information is not extendable to further platforms that may be consulted by the User through links.
According to the indicated regulations, all processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the confidentiality and rights of Users.

All personal data provided through this platform will be processed lawfully, correctly and transparently in order to provide the requested services as well as to respond to communications and questions from Users.

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this platform acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The data collected include information relating to access, such as IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, as well as other parameters regarding the computer environment used by users. Such data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this policy.

Personal data are processed exclusively for the purposes that fall within the services provided by Focolare – Opera di Maria or for the fulfillments required by law or regulation. Within the scope of these purposes, the processing may involve data necessary for the management of relations with Focolare – Opera di Maria including data provided at the time of registration or use of online services.
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected.
The personal data collected will be processed according to what is sanctioned in this information with the use of the technical-organizational measures sanctioned by our integrated management system according to the organizational model in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and are processed in the following locations:

5. Recipients

7. Rights of the data subject

The appropriate request may be submitted either the Data Controller or to the Data Protection Officer designated by him/her at the contact details indicated herein.
8. Provision of data
The User is free to provide personal data, and failure to provide any data that may be compulsorily requested will result in the impossibility of obtaining the service. Additional personal data may be provided on a voluntary basis by the User through requests sent to Focolare – Opera di Maria based on the forms used by the platform. By way of example, through the platform it is also possible to provide one’s email address or telephone numbers.
